Our first course focuses on the technical and personal skills you'll need to become a Duty Manager. It's an eight-week programme that includes a special project, and starts off with on-the-job training modules covering –

- Doing the right thing for our customers
- Store cleanliness
- Fuel stock management
- Office management
- Merchandising
- Stock control
There's also a theory part of the course, which you can
complete through these trainer-led workshops –
- Induction to the programme
- Planning and organising workshop
- Communication and influencing workshop
- M&S orientation day
- Fuel stock stage 2
- Alcohol licensing exam (BII)
