Will give you the experience and skills you need to leave
the store environment and move into the strategic role of
Territory Manager. It's a year-long programme and includes
a stint at our Support Centre, where you'll learn how the
teams there give our stores the help and resources not just
to operate, but continually improve.
Aside from learning how things work nationally, your time
there will help you build a broader picture of how the
retail business fits into the BP family, and give you the
chance to network with numerous specialists from different
areas of the business. These people, along with a new
Territory-level mentor, will help you through the second
phase of the programme.
That second phase involves taking responsibility for a group
of stores which increases in number as you gain confidence
and develop your multi-site management skills. Throughout
